The Form
A Toroidal Field Sanctuary is a private home designed from first principles around the human energetic light body. Every proportion, every material, every structural node participates in a coherent field that the occupant can feel — not because of any technology, but because of the precision of the architectural form itself.
These are not retreats. They are homes. Self-sustained, off-grid-capable, and entirely private — set within the Kyla Point landscape, connected to a community of like-minded individuals but architecturally their own.
Each Sanctuary is a twelve-sided form built around a central vertical axis. That axis organises everything: the geometry of the rooms, the placement of the crystalline nodes, the routing of the copper matrix, and the proportional system of every wall and opening.
The Architecture
Continuous copper pathways woven through the structural framework carry the building's electromagnetic field in a closed, coherent loop. The home itself becomes a conductor — not metaphorically, but in measurable physical terms. Every room participates in the same living circuit.
At each structural node determined by the sacred geometry, specific crystalline formations are embedded. Placed to amplify and stabilize coherent field patterns within the interior — their positions are not decorative choices, but are derived from the geometry of the form itself.
The central vertical axis of every Sanctuary anchors a Merkaba geometry — counter-rotating field geometries encoded into the architectural form at every scale, from the twelve-sided floor plan to the vault of the ceiling. The architecture participates in the field of its occupant.
Every room, every opening, every structural proportion derives from φ — 1.618. The Golden Ratio is not applied as ornament; it is the generative rule of the building from first principles. You will sense the coherence before you can name it.
The Land
Within the Kyla Point landscape — 100 acres of regenerative jungle, living Mayan cultural heritage, farm-to-table agriculture, and community — the Toroidal Sanctuaries are the anchors.
They do not sit apart from the land. They sit as the land — at specific points within the 100-acre field, placed according to the same sacred geometry that governs their architecture. Their presence elevates the field of everything around them.
The villas, the cultural center, the spa, the farm, the community — all exist within a landscape held by these structures. When you occupy a Sanctuary, you are not simply choosing a home. You are becoming a grid point.
The Community
Regenerative agriculture on-site. Food grown, harvested, and prepared within the land you occupy — a relationship with sustenance that is direct, unhurried, and complete.
100 acres rooted in living Mayan heritage — ceremony, language, land stewardship. Culture not as amenity, but as the ground the land rests on.
Ancient bodywork, plant medicines, and jungle therapies. The kind of treatment that requires silence and space to work its full effect.
A small number of families, chosen carefully. People who have left the concrete world not for a second home, but for an entirely different way of living.

If this speaks to you, we invite you to reach out. A member of the Kyla family will respond personally — no sales process, no pressure. Only a genuine conversation about whether this is the right fit.
We receive inquiries from around the world. We respond to those whose vision aligns with the land and the community we are building here.
