Each Sanctuary is designed with an off-grid-ready envelope so evenings are not rate schedules — solar + storage, rainwater and waste systems, resilient communications, with equipment planned for the garage so the chamber stays quiet. Capability is the promise; sizing and options stay in private conversation.
Water as relationship
The plan: rain to catchment to glass — private water for each compound, with a valley-oriented pool and jacuzzi under the wing. Not a shared resort pool deck. Water you will trust because you live inside its cycle.
Connectivity without the city in the bedroom
Planned resilient data for a remote ridge home when you need it — satellite-class connectivity — to be engineered with quiet-systems discipline. Not hotel WiFi. The sleep room is designed to stay free of the city’s noise.
Planned spa wing, owner rhythm
In each compound design, a planned spa and kitchen share one wing beside the circle, off the copper living loop. Envisioned owner rest in the compound: your rhythm, your morning, your evening water. Not a bookable resort spa menu or clinic.
Land & ridge silence
~100 acres of Hummingbird Highway ridge between jungle canopy, Sibun River, and Maya Mountain foothills. Placement will be private and invitation-only. The land is the first instrument; silence is part of the living context.
Solar where it belongs
Arrays are specified for the garage and the spa-and-kitchen wing only; circle roofs will stay clear — optically and field-clean for axis and Light Body intention. Never solar on the circles.
