   Ownership structure, documentation, and closing are handled with licensed professionals appropriate to your situation. Terms are by private agreement.

   Become a grid point

   You will join a small community of intention — a residence designed as a field, within the planned 100-acre Kyla Point landscape.

What does “invitation only” mean?

We work with very few families at a time. There is no open house, no public booking, and no lodging checkout. You share what draws you to the land; a steward reviews personally. If there is mutual fit, we speak. If not, we stay kind and quiet. Extremely limited placements across ~100 acres on Belize’s Hummingbird Highway.

What does a Toroidal Field Sanctuary cost?

Toroidal Field Sanctuaries are planned from $1,000,000 USD turnkey for the 1-bedroom. Two-bedroom and other configurations stay in private conversation only — we do not publish a public construction-price or add-on matrix.

What is Light Body living here?

Intention and spatial ritual — how the twelve-sided chamber and land-time ask you to inhabit the day. Never medicine, clinic, diagnosis, treatment, or cure. The house is the instrument; you are still the musician.

Is there anywhere to stay at Kyla Point?

Not today. Kyla Point is in design and there is no lodging. Serious inquirers can arrange a private presentation and, when timing allows, a walk of the land. This page is ownership only.
