When ready, visit the land and receive materials for your own diligence. Bring your advisors. We support discovery; we do not replace independent counsel.
Ownership structure, documentation, and closing are handled with licensed professionals appropriate to your situation. Terms are by private agreement.
You join a small community of intention — a residence engineered as a field, held within the 100-acre Mayan Cultural Center landscape.

Buyers — especially those considering ownership from abroad — should obtain independent legal counsel licensed in Belize (and in their home jurisdiction as needed).
