Off-grid without austerity

An off-grid house, in ordinary language, is a catalog of parts. On this Belize jungle ridge the plan is a felt life: power, water, waste, and communications without a utility tether, held quietly enough that the sleep room stays a room. Capability is the promise. Sizing stays in private conversation.

Kyla Point is in the concept and design stage. Images are conceptual renderings.

A solar off-grid home, placed with restraint

Solar is planned for the garage roof and the centre wing only — the spa-and-kitchen rectangle. Never on the circle roofs, so the chamber keeps its sky and its field clean. Inverters and batteries stay in the garage. The circle remains the quiet instrument.

Noisy systems live by the road on purpose. Pumps, racks, and the optional storm generator are garage loads, not bedroom walls. The separation is the point of the compound: arrival and power meet you at the mountain road and stop there.

Water, waste, and a line that stays quiet

Rain to catchment to glass. Private water for each compound, as designed, with waste held in a private septic so the house can stand without a municipal tether. Resilient communications are planned for a remote ridge home when you need them, engineered so the sleep room does not become a rack.

This page is the envelope, not the parts list. Off-grid living, in design remains the primary amenities page. What a day of that independence is meant to feel like is off-grid as felt life.

Without austerity

Conceptual rendering

Off-grid without austerity means the chamber stays a place for living. Cooking stays in the rectangular wing, off the copper loop where you sleep and sit. Afternoon water sits under that wing, one step toward the valley. Evening returns gold to the facets. The circle itself is a twelve-sided circular home.

Nothing is built. Invitation-only Toroidal Field Sanctuaries are the residential path: a turnkey one-bedroom planned from $1,000,000 USD. Two-bedroom and other configurations are discussed in private conversation. There is no lodging and no public booking.

From $1M · Invitation only. The house is the instrument. You are still the musician.
